We are an independent company with a small team handling all product design, coding, maintenance, sales and support. Therefore, when you email for assistance please be mindful that it might take us a bit of time to get back to you. .

We will always give priority to critical requests (such as licensing issues or crash reports) but even these can take 24 hours to process due to timezone differences (we are based in the UK).

In the first instance, please consult the knowledge base for help before emailing.

We highly recommend you take a backup laptop to your live gigs – just in case your main laptop fails before the gig. The software license allows you to install Show Buddy Active and Setlist onto multiple computers for this very reason. You can easily sync your show data between computers using the build-in backup & restore features.
